• 🏊 Wellness grant

  Your health is everything; therefore, we offer a yearly wellness grant (Friskvårdsbidrag) of 5,000 SEK.
  

• 👶 Parental Pay

  Kognic offers parental pay for six months per child. This kicks in after you have been with the company for only six months.
  

• 🌟 Team and office activities

  It is essential for us to build our team also outside day-to-day work — therefore we have many team, department and company wide events both in and outside of the office, such as afterworks and other happenings.
  

• 🙏 Vacation & Additional time off

   We have 30 days of vacation per year. We also have additional time off, such as moving day, blood donation, doctor or dentist appointments, funerals, etc. 

• 📄 Pension

  Once you've started working at Kognic, you will be offered a meeting with a personal adviser at Max Matthiessen who will go through your Pension- and Insurance package, including making a personal pension plan and explaining our salary exchange (löneväxling) possibilities. Kognic is not unionized, but our package is equivalent to ITP1, the most common pension plan for companies with a union agreement.

  When you join Kognic, you’ll be set up with a MacBook Pro — the capability we need for the tools we work with every day. Beyond that, you choose your own keyboard and mouse, and there’s an extra budget for any additional equipment to make your setup feel just right.

  Want to learn something new? Each team has a budget of 7000 SEK per year and employee, to spend on relevant upskilling or training.

• ☕ What about my coffee and snacks?

  There are always snacks, fruit, coffee and lighter breakfast such as yogurt and cereal, in the office.
  

• 🍲 Kognic lunch

  We LOVE a good meal in the company of a friend! As a part of our employer branding strategy you are able to Invite anyone for 1 lunch a month, paid by Kognic. • 🌍 Work Visa

  If you need a work visa or to transfer your current work visa to us as an employer when joining Kognic, then let us know and we'll start the process straight away! Kognic will, of course, stand for all costs connected to your work visa. Should you need to extend your work visa during your tenure at Kognic, just ping us and we'll be ready to support you!

  Our HQ is located at Lindholmspiren 7, in the heart of Gothenburg's tech-hub. Our beautiful riverside location at Lindholmen offers magnificent views of the city and harbor from our roof terraces, especially during the warm summer evenings. The location is easily accessible by public transportation (both by bus and boat), and we have dedicated locked space for bike parking.
  

• 🚴 Bike Leasing

  Skip the traffic, skip the parking hunt. Lease a bike through Kognic, regular or electric. Insurance included, deducted from your gross salary, and at the end of the lease you decide if you want to keep it. Fresh air and a smug arrival guaranteed.
