The first step to joining Kognic is to have a look at our Jobs to see if there are any interesting openings for you! If you are unable to find a role that suits your preferences at the moment, but still want to connect for future opportunities, you are more than welcome to connect with us through this link. If we find a perfect match for your skills and background, we will reach out to you.
Application process ✏️
To apply, send in your resume along with a short note about what made you interested in the role and Kognic. We would love to hear more about your previous jobs, internships, academic background, extracurricular activities (such as sports and associations), and hobbies. We will review all applications on an ongoing basis and aim to provide feedback as soon as possible, regardless of whether we are proceeding with your application or not.
- Our Talent Acquisition team will reach out to you over the phone for a quick chat to align on your career growth and expectations.
- If both parties are interested in proceeding, you will have an opportunity to have a conversation with the hiring manager to align on role expectations, career growth, and company timeline.
- If we continue the process, you and the hiring manager will go through and solve a case together (technical interview).
- Once you have cleared the technical interview, you will be sent a personality and logical reasoning test from Alva labs. After completing the test, you will have a feedback meeting with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Lastly, you will have the opportunity to meet the team!
