The first step to joining Kognic is to have a look at our Jobs to see if there are any interesting openings for you! If you are unable to find a role that suits your preferences at the moment, but still want to connect for future opportunities, you are more than welcome to connect with us through this link. If we find a perfect match for your skills and background, we will reach out to you.

Application process ✏️

To apply, send in your resume along with a short note about what made you interested in the role and Kognic. We would love to hear more about your previous jobs, internships, academic background, extracurricular activities (such as sports and associations), and hobbies. We will review all applications on an ongoing basis and aim to provide feedback as soon as possible, regardless of whether we are proceeding with your application or not.

  1. The first step is to submit your application through the job advertisement on our website.
  2. Our Talent Acquisition team will reach out to you for an online chat to discuss your motivation, expectations, and do a company culture check. They will also introduce you to Kognic and provide more information about the company's story and future plans.
  3. If both parties are interested in proceeding, you will meet with the Hiring Manager who will provide additional information about the position, the team, career growth opportunities, and the company timeline. You will, of course, also have the opportunity to ask any questions.
  4. After meeting with the Hiring Manager, you will be sent a personality and logical reasoning assessment from Alva Labs. These tests are usually sent out before the first interview, but this may vary depending on the position. After completing the test, you will have a feedback meeting with the Talent Acquisition team and the Hiring Manager.
  5. If we decide to continue with the process, you and the Hiring Manager will work through and solve a case together in what we call the technical interview.
  6. Lastly, you will have the opportunity to meet the team!
