User training specialist
We are looking for a User training specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring a positive onboarding and training experience for both customers and internal teams when navigating and using our products and services.

We do this together with outstanding services to support our customers with expertise in the field of perception, data science, delivery, and integration. Our Customer Success Services teams ensure that our customers are not only satisfied but also able to fully harness the value of our offerings. To support this goal, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate User training specialist to build up the training of our new and existing teams and clients.
The User training specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing educational programs and resources aimed at empowering our internal and external customers to achieve their goals through the effective use of our products and services.
You will be part of defining a brand new team within Technical Support and Education and will collaborate with various teams such as Marketing, Data Delivery, Advisory Services, Sales, Engineering, and Product as well as directly with customers, to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. You will be a crucial part of building the team as well as creating materials, training curriculums, manuscripts and videos. Everything with the goal to onboard, train, and educate our clients and account teams into a successful use of our products. We believe in a train-the-trainer approach and that you are committed to help colleagues and clients learn to teach. Create and maintain a library of learning resources, including user documentation, videos, webinars, and e-learning modules.
Deliver and facilitate in-person or virtual training sessions and webinars for clients and colleagues on how to use our products and services, ensuring that content is engaging, relevant, and up-to-date
Collaborate with the customer success services, sales, engineering, and product teams and others to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in the onboarding and education process.
Conduct regular assessments of customer needs and adjust educational programs accordingly.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, using metrics to continually improve content and delivery methods.
Provide ongoing guidance to customers, addressing any questions or concerns related to product usage and training.
We see that you can have different backgrounds, either within Teacher’s degree or you have worked with Service Design, Instructional Design, any relevant field for this position.
Comfortable speaking and presenting in English, in videos, physical workshops, and in recordings.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences by storytelling.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
Technical aptitude and understanding of SaaS platforms, software integrations,
Nice to have:
Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and e-learning platforms.
Experience with 360 Learning.
Experience in service design, instructional design, customer experience, adult education, or similar.
Experience within the AD/ADAS industry.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective, engaging, and results-oriented training programs with a focus on customer success.
The role is hybrid but we prefer if you can be at our Gothenburg office about three days a week.
