Customer Success is the client's best friend. We are here to make the Kognic experience phenomenal by helping our clients get the most out of our platform.
Our first responsibility is to help and train our customer using our software, this ranging from helping out with small questions to performing product onboarding. Apart from helping our clients succeed, we also drive the account team forward. Such as new data coming in, new projects to set up, new deliveries ongoing, and transferring the communication between customers and engineering teams.
Our team is pretty new, and we have set the processes together! But there’s a lot of flexibility. You might find out on the go what works best for you (and your client). And it’s so much fun to work collaboratively!
